Whole Birth Yoga & Support
Whole Birth Yoga is the ideal exercise for all stages of your pregnancy. This class is taught with an emphasis on mindfulness for increasing breath and body awareness, learning pain management, prenatal bonding and deep relaxation. The mindful strengthening, stretching and balancing practices bring more grace and ease at time of rapid changes. Whole Birth Yoga offers women a way to help relieve many of the common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. We set ample time for sharing and discussing topics of importance to mothers-to-be in a caring atmosphere. These shared resources are known to build friendships and community. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Schedule: This class is a 1.5 hour class, offered as a 4 week series, on Saturday mornings 9:00 – 10:30 am

Price: $56.00 per 4 week session ($14.00/class)
Notes: This class has a minimum enrollment of 4 students and a maximum of 10. If the minimum enrollment is not met by the start of the series, the class will be postponed until enrollment is met.
Dates: Pre-registration for this class is required. If a session is already started, please email or call to find out if there is space for a drop-in or to attend the remaining classes of the session.
